What Is Skating?
Skating comes in many forms—inline skating, roller skating, ice skating, and more. All involve balancing on skates and moving smoothly across a surface, mixing physical skill with rhythm and control. Skating builds strength, coordination, and endurance, and it’s a fantastic full-body workout.

How I Teach Skating
At @kalayu, my approach is all about building a strong foundation and making learning fun and safe. We begin with balance and basic movements, getting you comfortable on skates. I then guide you through stopping techniques, turning, and gradually more advanced skills like speed control and tricks.
Safety is key, so I emphasize wearing proper gear and practicing the right techniques to prevent falls and injuries. The lessons are hands-on and supportive, ensuring you gain confidence step-by-step at your own pace.
